Trojan Golf Team Takes First in Covington

Kayla Whitfield Reporter The Trojan golf teams had a great match in Covington, with both the boys' and girls' teams finishing in first place against Covington and Brighton. The boys' team won with a score of 148, beating Covington's 169. John David Morris led the way taking place with an impressive 2-under-par 34. Gracie Burkett Online Editor On August 29, DHS Cheerleaders hosted the annual Junior Cheer Clinic for kids in Pre-K to 5th grade, giving them the chance to learn tumbling, stunting, cheers and routines. A couple of the members painted a bin with a USA theme to submit to the fair.
