In the first inter-county rivalry basketball game of the season, Coach Tim Strayhorn’s Lady Trojans defeated the Lady Choctaws 67-64 in a true nail-biter. During half-time, the new step team performed for the sell-out crowd. Coach Blaine Mahaffey’s boys swept the Choctaws in a 78-51 dub. Between the first and second quarter, junior Kinsey Arnold swished a 3-point shot and won $100 courtesy of First Citizens National Bank! The Trojans are set to play the Crockett County Cavaliers in a rescheduled match on Thursday February 2.
