Trojan football stars sign with collegiate teams

On December 4, 2024, during second hour, Breyden Turnage signed with Mississippi State for their 2025 football season. Kalen Edwards signed with the University of Kentucky for their 2025 football season. During the signings, staff, coaches, teammates, family, and others supported Edwards and Turnage. Edwards has been on the Dyersburg football team for all four years of high school, making a huge impact on the Trojans’ seasons for the past four years. Turnage, however, joined the football team this year, and after playing amazingly on the field, is the first Dyersburg student to join a sport and be signed all within the same season. Way to go boys, and Go Trojans!
