The senior class was victorious in this year's volleyball tournament. This is the second year since the Covid Pandemic for the tournament, and the second year that the senior class has come out on top.

On Wednesday, January 11, Dyersburg High School students gathered after school to spectate and participate in the boy's intramural volleyball tournament. Every year for this event, male students can sign up to play in the tournament which is divided into teams based on grade. Each team plays the grade that has a year between them - sophomores vs. seniors and freshmen vs. juniors. Then the winners of each game duel in the final match.

The games are set to a time limit of ten minutes, and whichever team emerges with more points at the end of the time is deemed the winner. In the first game. with a final score of 16 - 13, the seniors secured a win over the sophomores. The juniors attained a large win with a final score of 24 - 14. Lastly, in the battle between the juniors and seniors: the seniors reigned triumphant with a close score of 21 - 18.

The intramural boy's volleyball tournament is an event that students look forward to, and Dyersburg High School hopes to keep the tradition going!
