Powderpuff is a common homecoming activity for many schools across the country, but the senior class at Dyersburg takes things to a whole new level. On Wednesday, October 13th, the senior class became back-to-back powderpuff champions, beating both the sophomore and junior classes. The week leading up to the game was intense for the students involved; from scouting the other teams and playing mind games with opposing players to, of course, talking trash. The juniors steam-rolled the freshman 22-0 and the seniors beat the sophomores 6-0 to advance to the championship game. The seniors then beat the juniors 28-6 to clinch the title. The senior class even got a shoutout from TN Top 100. While the week was intense, the students all came together to support the Trojans as they beat Millington 51-0 to become the Region 7-3a champions.
