Special education teacher Sara Hardee has been recognized as DHS staff member of the week. Each day is filled with many challenges for her, but with the help of her co-workers, they make it much easier.
“The staff at Dyersburg High School is very supportive of each other and creates a great work environment,” Hardee said.
Hardee has been with Dyersburg High School for twelve years, so she has seen many different students throughout her time here.
“I have always loved being around kids. I was blessed to have a teacher in high school who believed in me more than I believed in myself. She pushed me to step outside my comfort zone and accomplish goals I did not think I could reach. I want to inspire that feeling in my students,” Hardee said.
Hardee has always inspired her students to work hard because for them, she is the teacher that believes in them.
