On September 25, 2024, Dyersburg High School’s Key Club met for the first time this year to volunteer at the “Unplugged” event at Okeena Park, hosted by Junior Auxiliary. The purpose of “Unplugged” was to allow children to take time away from screens and electronics, and to encourage them to go outside and play instead. Key Club members jumped rope, blew bubbles, and played with chalk with the many children who participated in the event.
